Welcome to The Caserola Club. However it is that you found me, I'm glad that you’re here.

My career in food and hospitality started a very long time ago and has had many phases over the years. I grew up in Tampa, Florida around many different kinds of people, who taught me about new flavors, new foods and ultimately fearlessness in the kitchen. Cooking for me has always felt somewhat like a god given calling, a moment in time and space where I’m just a vessel through which I’m able to nourish those around me in a way that’s perfect for them. Don’t get me wrong, I have also put in a lot of blood, sweat and tears both in physical practice & research but also in how to better listen to my intuition.
Call me crazy but the fruits and vegetables we eat have their own story to tell, the spices and herbs have their own medicine to offer and the way we enter an energetic collaboration with the food we create is one of the most organic forms of alchemy and sorcery that I know.

This first blog is just to give you a taste (pun intended) of what is to come. I may occasionally share a recipe, but my purpose here is the talk about all the other things OUTSIDE of the actual recipe, the things that for me, help to create the perfect environment for your intuition to flourish. Like yeast for bread, with the right conditions, together we can keep rising to golden perfection… wait, sorry.. i’m hungry.
